Stuffed Pita Pockets

  • 4 slice cooked turkey ham
  • 8 Romaine lettuce leaves
  • 8 radicchio or red cabbage leaves
  • 1/4 red onions , sliced
  • 1/2 Cup alfalfa sprouts
  • 1 tomatoes , sliced
  • 4 whole wheat pita bread loafs , warm, top third cut off
  • 4 Fl Oz fat-free Italian dressing
Divide first 7 ingredients equally and stuff into pita breads. Pour dressing over and serve.
