Tuna Salad Sandwich

  • 1/4 tsp dehydrated onion
  • 1/2 Oz celery , chopped
  • 1/4 Oz sweet pickle relish
  • 1/4 pinch dry mustard
  • 3/4 Oz reduced fat mayonnaise
  • 2 slice whole grain bread
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Divide mixture between half the bread slices. Top with remaining slices of bread.
