Marinated Crabmeat Dip

  • 1 Lb crab meat , or imitation crabmeat
  • 1/4 Cup onions , minced
  • 4 Tbsp soy vegetable oil
  • 4 Tbsp water
  • 4 Fl Oz cider vinegar , or lemon juice
  • 3 tsp parsley , or dill
  • 3 tsp seafood seasoning
  • 7/8 pinch salt (optional)
Combine crabmeat and onion. In a separate bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Pour over crabmeat mixture. Cover and refrigerate for at least two hours before using.
