Mango Banana Smoothie

  • 2 1/2 Cup fresh mango , peeled and cut into chunks
  • 1/2 ripe bananas
  • 4 Fl Oz lowfat vanilla yogurt
  • 1 Cup skim milk
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice
Freeze mango chunks until firm (about 1 hour). Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
