BBQ Shrimp & Pineapple Kabobs

  • 1 Lb large shrimp , cleaned
  • 2 onions , cut into wedges
  • 2 green bell peppers , cut into chunks
  • 1/2 Lb pineapple chunks
  • 6 Fl Oz barbecue sauce
  • 8 skewers
Place shrimp. onion, pineapple, and green peppers, skewer, then repeat this until skewer is full. Cook over hot charcoal or gas. Brush while cooking with B.sauce once or twice. Do not over cook. Texture of shrimp when done will be like steamed shrimp. You can also add cherry tomatoes,cooked potatoes chunks or any other vegetables you like.
