Pear and Cheddar Cheese Pie

  • 1 9 inch frozen pastry shell
  • 2 Tbsp flour
  • 1 Cup cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1/2 Cup sugar
  • 3 pears , thinly sliced
  • 7/8 pinch ground cinnamon
Preheat oven to 425 ℉. Place pastry shell in a pie pan. In a bowl, combine flour, 3/4 whole cup cheese, 1/4 whole cup sugar, and sprinkle on the pastry shell. Arrange pears on top and cover with the cinnamon and remaining sugar. Bake at 425 ℉ for 30 minutes, or until pears are tender and crust is brown. Add remaining cheese and bake 1-2 minutes longer.
