Chocolate Coconut Pie

  • 1 1/2 Cup evaporated milk
  • 1 Cup sugar
  • 1 Cup shredded coconut
  • 1/2 Cup cornstarch
  • 1/2 Cup walnuts , or pecans, chopped
  • 4 Tbsp butter , melted
  • 2 Tbsp cocoa powder
  • 3 tsp flour
  • 1 eggs
  • 1 9 inch pie shell
Preheat oven to 375 ℉. Combine first 9 ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly. Pour into pie shell and bake at 375 ℉ for 35 to 40 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool before serving.
