Homemade Granola

  • 2 3/4 Fl Oz vegetable oil
  • 1/4 Cup brown sugar
  • 3 tsp water
  • 4 Cup dry quick cooking oats
  • 1 Cup raisins
  • 1/2 Cup shredded coconut
In a skillet or saucepan, mix together the oil, brown sugar, and water. Stir in the uncooked oats, mixing until coated. Heat over medium heat, stirring constantly, until oatmeal is slightly brown. Stir in raisins and coconut. Remove from heat, let cool, and store in a jar with a tight-fitting lid.
