Mexican Party Dip Appetizer

  • 1 Lb cream cheese , softened
  • 1 packet taco seasoning mixes
  • 2 Tbsp milk
  • 3 tsp salsa
  • 2 tsp chili powder
  • 1 Lb canned refried beans
  • 1 Cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 Cup cheddar cheese , or Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
  • 4 Tbsp chopped green onions , chopped
  • 2 tomatoes , finely chopped
  • 1/2 Lb corn or tortilla chips
Combine the first 5 ingredients. Spread mixture on a serving tray. Layer the next 5 ingredients. Chill for 1-2 hours. Serve with corn or tortilla chips.
