Orange Custard

  • 1/2 Cup sugar
  • 4 Tbsp cornstarch
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 1/4 Pint orange juice
Combine the sugar and cornstarch in a saucepan. Blend in the eggs and then the orange juice. Cook over low heat (do not boil) until smooth and thickened. Portion into dessert dishes. Chill immediately.
