Southern Comfort Pecan Pie

- 3 eggs
- 6 Fl Oz light corn syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3/4 Cup pecan halves
- 1 9 inch frozen pie crust
- 4 Fl Oz heavy cream
- 2 Tbsp Southern Comfort
Preheat oven to 325 ℉. Beat eggs slightly and add corn syrup, vanilla, and pecan halves. Blend well. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake for 45 minutes. Cool on wire rack. To make the topping, mix the whipping cream and the Southern Comfort. Beat until peaks form. Serve immediately, placing some of the cream on each slice of pie.
