Baked Omelet with Green Chilies

  • 12 eggs , beaten
  • 1 Lb Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1/2 Lb canned green chilies , chopped, drained
  • 2 Cup cottage cheese, uncreamed
  • 1/2 Cup butter , melted
  • 1/2 Cup flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper , ground
Preheat oven to 350 ℉. Combine all ingredients and pour into greased 9x13 inch baking pan. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a tester comes out clean when inserted in center. Serve with salsa if desired.
