Simple Pound Cake

  • 1 Cup cake flour
  • 1 Cup sugar
  • 4 Tbsp butter or margarine, at room temperature
  • 3 Oz cream cheese
  • 2 eggs , beaten
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 350 ℉. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Spoon into a well-greased 8x4 inch loaf pan. Bake for 45-55 minutes, or until a wooden toothpick inserted comes out clean.
