Caramel Granola Bars

  • 20 caramels
  • 2 Tbsp water
  • 3 Cup granola cereal
Heat oven to 300 ℉. Combine caramels and water in a medium non-metal bowl. Microwave on high until almost completely melted, 2-3 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds. Continue stirring until completely smooth.

Crumble granola into the melted caramel and mix until combined. Press mixture into a foil-lined and lightly greased 9x9 inch baking pan.

Bake 20 minutes (the bars will still be very soft). Cool in pan 20 minutes, and using a sharp knife, cut into bars. Let cool completely until firm and remove foil.
