- 1 graham cracker crust (6 ounces)
- 1 egg whites
- 3/4 Lb mini chocolate kisses
- 6 Fl Oz heavy cream
- 4 double graham crackers , crumbled coarsely
- 16 large marshmallows
Brush crust with egg white and bake according to directions for "golden crust." Place chocolate in a small bowl. In a small saucepan, heat cream until almost boiling. Remove from heat and pour over chocolate. Stir until melted.
Pour chocolate mixture into crust and sprinkle with graham crackers. Partially stir them in. Refrigerate until firm.
Heat broiler. Cut marshmallows in half crosswise. Arrange marshmallow rounds, cut-side down, over the top of the pie in a single layer. Broil pie, 5 inch from heat, until puffed and browned, about 1 minute. Serve warm or at room temperature.
