Honey Chicken and Grape Salad

  • 4 Fl Oz low-fat honey dijon dressing
  • 1/4 tsp orange peel , grated
  • 2 Cup chopped cooked chicken
  • 1 1/2 Cup red seedless grapes , halved
  • 3/4 Cup celery , sliced
  • 4 Cup torn spinach
  • 1/2 Cup sunflower seeds (optional)
Mix dressing and orange peel in large bowl. Add chicken, grapes, and celery; toss lightly. Refrigerate several hours, or overnight. Serve over spinach and sprinkle with seeds just before serving.
