Lowfat Crab Quiche

  • 2 Cup imitation crab , shredded
  • 2 green onions , chopped
  • 3 Tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3/4 Cup frozen corn
  • 1/2 tsp dill weed
  • 7/8 pinch white pepper
  • 5 3/4 Fl Oz evaporated skim milk
  • 1 Cup frozen egg substitute , thawed
  • 4 Fl Oz fat-free sour cream
Preheat oven to 350 ℉. Lightly coat a 10 inch glass pie dish with cooking spray. Combine crabmeat and next 5 ingredients in a bowl. Season with salt to taste. Spread evenly in prepared dish. Combine next 3 ingredients in another bowl. Beat until well combined. Pour over crab mixture. Bake 50-60 minutes or until knife comes out clean. Cool about 10 minutes before serving.
