Confetti Vegetable Dip

  • 1 NULL can black-eyed peas , drained and rinsed
  • 1 Lb canned corn , drained and rinsed
  • 1 avocadoes , chopped
  • 1 small red bell peppers , diced
  • 1 small red onions , to taste,chopped fine
  • 1 tsp tomatoes , chopped
  • 1/2 limes , use the juice only
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 7/8 pinch salt
  • 7/8 pinch black pepper
Mix all ingredients well. Chill. Serve with baked corn chips as a dip or as a side dish.
