Turkey Sandwich with Cranberry-Orange Relish

  • 3 Tbsp purchased cranberry orange relish , or homemade
  • 2 Tbsp celery , finely chopped
  • 1 1/4 Tbsp fat-free mayonnaise
  • 4 slice cinnamon raisin bread , toasted
  • 6 turkey breasts , slices cooked
Combine relish and celery in a bowl. Stir well and set aside. Spread a portion of mayonnaise over each bread slice. Divide turkey between half the bread slices. Spoon cranberry mixture over turkey and top with remaining bread.
