Melba Nectarines with Frozen Yogurt

  • 3/4 Lb fresh raspberries
  • 1/2 Cup sugar
  • 3 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 Quart lowfat vanilla frozen yogurt
  • 3 ripe nectarines , sliced
Press berries through a sieve to remove seeds. Combine raspberry pur'ee and sugar in a saucepan over medium heat. Cook 3-5 minutes, stirring constantly, until sauce begins to thicken. Stir in lemon juice and mix well. Divide frozen yogurt among individual dessert dishes and top with nectarine slices. Drizzle with raspberry sauce.
