Hot Crab Dip

  • 1 Lb cream cheese , softened
  • 3/4 Lb crab meat , drained and flaked
  • 1/2 Cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 4 Tbsp chopped green onions , chopped
  • 2 Tbsp dry white wine (optional)
  • 2 tsp prepared horseradish
  • 1/4 tsp hot pepper sauce
  • 4 Tbsp sliced almonds
  • assorted crackers
Preheat oven to 350 ℉. Mix all ingredients, except almonds and crackers, until well blended. Spoon into a buttered 9 inch pie plate or quiche dish and sprinkle with almonds. Bake 25-30 minutes or until lightly browned. Serve with crackers.
