Raspberry Mulled Cider

  • 1 Quart apple cider , or apple juice
  • 4 Fl Oz seedless red raspberry jam
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 6 cinnamon sticks , optional for garnish
Combine cider and jam in a non-reactive saucepan over medium heat. Whisk to dissolve jam and simmer until cider is warm. Stir in lemon juice. Serve in mugs with a cinnamon stick.
