Orange Roll-Ups

  • 3 tsp orange peel , grated
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 4 Tbsp sugar
  • 12 white dinner rolls , thawed
  • 1/2 Cup powdered sugar
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp orange juice
Combine first 3 ingredients in a bowl. Flatten each roll and shape into a 3x4 inch rectangle. Put 1 teaspoon of cinnamon mixture down the middle of each flattened roll. Roll up lengthwise and arrange with seam side down on a cookie sheet that has been coated with nonstick cooking spray. Cover with plastic wrap that has also been sprayed. Let rise 20 minutes. Preheat oven to 350 ℉. Remove plastic wrap from rolls and bake 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown. Combine powdered sugar and orange juice in a bowl and mix until smooth. Using a pastry brush, glaze roll-ups while still warm.
