Cinnamon Raisin Focaccia

  • 1 loaf sweet doughs , thawed until warm and bubbly
  • 1/2 Cup raisins
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 3 Tbsp raw sugar , or white sugar
Preheat oven to 400 ℉. Mix raisins and cinnamon into dough. Roll dough on an oiled surface into a 12x16 inch rectangle. Place on a large cookie sheet that has been coated with nonstick cooking spray. Brush with oil. Let rise 30 minutes. Sprinkle with sugar. Bake 15-20 minutes or until lightly browned. Use a pizza cutter to cut bread into squares.
