Stuffed Breadsticks

  • 1 1/2 Tbsp unsalted butter , melted
  • 10 Texas white rolls , thawed
  • 2 Tbsp thousand island salad seasoning
  • 1 1/2 Lb crab meat
  • 6 Fl Oz fat-free Thousand Island dressing
  • 10 lettuce leaves
Coat the bottom of a baking pan with melted butter. Stretch each roll to about 6 inch. Place rolls in pan and coat with butter. Sprinkle with seasoning and cover with plastic wrap. Let rise 3/2 to 2 hours, or until doubled in size. Preheat oven to 350 ℉. Bake 20 minutes, or until golden. Remove from pan. Let cool and split each in half lengthwise. Combine crabmeat and dressing in a bowl. Fill breadsticks with crab mixture and lettuce.
