Cucumber Tomato Salad

  • 1 peeled cucumbers , chopped
  • 1/4 Cup dill , chopped
  • 1 Cup plain lowfat yogurt
  • 7/8 pinch salt (optional)
  • 7/8 pinch pepper
  • 3/4 Lb tomatoes , peeled and sliced
Combine all ingredients, except tomatoes, in a mixing bowl. Set aside 10 minutes. Arrange tomato slices on serving plates. Spoon cucumber sauce over tomatoes.
