Easy Fruit Tarts

  • 1/2 Lb pineapple chunks , drained
  • 2 firm bananas , cut into 1 in. slices
  • 1/4 Lb seedless grapes
  • 2 Cup cantaloupe , cut into 1 in. pieces
  • 3 tsp sugar
  • 1 sheet frozen puff pastries
Combine all ingredients, except pastry, in a bowl and chill. Bake puff pastry sheet according to package directions. Let cool. Just before serving, slice pastry horizontally with a sharp knife. Remove top layer and set aside. Spoon fruit mixture onto bottom layer of puff pastry. Cover with top layer and serve.
