Tangerine Kiwi Salad with Cranberry Dressing

  • 4 Fl Oz cranberry sauce
  • 4 Fl Oz lowfat strawberry yogurt , or mixed berry flavored yogurt
  • 8 butterhead lettuce leaves
  • 2 tangerines , peeled and thinly sliced
  • 2 kiwi fruit , peeled and thinly sliced
  • 4 Tbsp dried sweetened cranberries
Combine first 2 ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. Set aside. Arrange lettuce leaves on individual salad plates. Arrange tangerine and kiwi fruit slices over lettuce. Spoon dressing over salads. Sprinkle dried cranberries over top.
