Oatmeal Pie

  • 4 Tbsp unsalted butter , softened
  • 1/2 Cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ground cloves , ground
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 Cup dark corn syrup
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 Cup quick cooking oats , uncooked
  • 1 9 inch frozen pie shell , unbaked
Preheat oven to 350 ℉. Cream butter and sugar together in a bowl. Add next 3 ingredients. Stir in corn syrup. Add eggs, one at a time, until well blended. Stir in oats. Pour into pie shell. Bake 1 hour or until a knife inserted in pie comes out clean.
