Pear Bread

  • 3 Cup all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 Cup pecans , finely chopped
  • 6 Fl Oz vegetable oil
  • 3 eggs , lightly beaten
  • 2 Cup sugar
  • 2 Cup pears , peeled and grated
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 325 ℉. Combine first 6 ingredients in a large bowl. Combine remaining 5 ingredients in a separate bowl and stir into dry ingredients, until just moistened. Spoon mixture into 2 whole buttered 8.5x4.5 inch loaf pans. Bake 5/4 hours or until a tester inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes before removing from pans.5x4.
