Turkey Avocado Melt

  • 8 slice whole wheat bread
  • 1 Cup fat-free creamy cucumber dressing
  • 2 tomatoes , sliced
  • 3/4 Lb cooked turkey breast , or smoked turkey, thinly sliced
  • 1 avocadoes , peeled and thinly sliced
  • 1 Cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Turn on broiler. Arrange bread on a baking sheet and toast lightly 1 minute without turning. Spread dressing over toasted side of bread. Top with tomatoes and turkey. Arrange avocado slices in a spiral pattern over turkey and sprinkle with cheese. Broil 5 inch from heat source 1-2 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly.
