Sloppy Joes

  • 1 Lb ground beef
  • 1 1/2 Cup chili sauce
  • 2 Tbsp brown sugar
  • 4 Kaiser rolls , lightly toasted, split
  • dill spears
Cook beef 5-8 minutes in a heavy nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, stirring frequently to break up meat, until browned. Stir in chilli sauce and brown sugar. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Cook 2 minutes or until heated through. Spoon onto rolls and serve with pickles.
