Pork Burgers on Sandwich Buns

  • 1 Lb ground pork , lean
  • 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp seasoned pepper
  • 4 sandwich buns
  • 4 lettuce leaves
  • 4 tomato slice
  • 1 1/4 Tbsp mustard
  • 4 Tbsp dill pickles , sliced
Prepare grill or broiler. Combine ground pork and Worcestershire sauce in a bowl. Mix thoroughly. Divide pork mixture into equal portions and shape into patties about .75 inch thick, handling meat as little as possible. Sprinkle both sides of patties with seasoned pepper. Grill or broil 5 minutes per side, turning once. Serve on buns with lettuce, tomato, mustard and pickles.
