Betsy's Bread Machine Yogurt Cornbread

  • 1 Cup plain lowfat yogurt
  • 4 Fl Oz 110 degree water
  • 1 1/4 Tbsp margarine
  • 3 1/4 Cup bread flour
  • 1 Cup cornmeal
  • 1 Cup canned corn , drained
  • 3 tsp sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 1/4 tsp active dry yeast
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Transfer to bread machine pan. Set for 2 lb loaf, medium crust. When finished, remove from pan and let set for 30 minutes. Store in air tight container.
