Chinese Pork Salad

  • 1 Lb sirloin pork chop
  • 4 Fl Oz Asian stir-fry sauce
  • 1/2 red onions , peeled and thinly sliced
  • 1 1/4 Lb pea pods , thawed if frozen, then drained
  • 1 Cup canned mandarin oranges , drained
  • 3 Oz chow mein noodles
Place pork strips in a shallow dish and pour stir-fry sauce over. Cover and marinate in refrigerator, turning occasionally, 4 hours or overnight.

Remove pork, discarding marinade. Stir-fry pork and onion in a heavy nonstick skillet over medium high heat 4-5 minutes, until pork is cooked throughout. Toss all ingredients together in a large bowl.
