Ginger Chicken Wings

  • 12 chicken wings , tips removed, cut in half
  • 2 3/4 Fl Oz soy sauce
  • 4 Tbsp brown sugar
  • 3 tsp corn syrup
  • 2 Tbsp vinegar
  • 3 tsp ginger , chopped
  • 1 clove garlics , crushed
Arrange wings in a single layer in a shallow dish. Combine remaining ingredients in a bowl and pour over chicken. Cover and marinate in refrigerator at least 1 hour. Prepare broiler. Remove wings, reserving marinade. Broil 15-20 minutes 4 inch from heat source, turning and basting with marinade.
