Curried Ham Salad

  • 1 Cup celery , diced
  • 1/2 Cup raisins
  • 3/4 Lb mandarin oranges , drained
  • 4 Tbsp dry roasted peanuts
  • 1 Lb packaged salad
  • 4 Fl Oz light mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp lime juice
  • 1/2 tsp curry powder
Combine first 5 ingredients in a bowl. Arrange mixture on greens on individual salad plates. Combine remaining 3 ingredients in a bowl and spoon over salad.
