Single Step Seafood Salad

  • 1 Cup canned black beans or kidney beans, rinsed and drained
  • 3/4 Cup canned corn , drained
  • 1/2 Cup green bell pepper , seeded and chopped
  • 1/2 Cup red bell pepper , seeded and chopped
  • 4 Fl Oz mayonnaise
  • 4 Tbsp red onion , minced
  • 1/4 tsp coriander seed , ground
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Cover and refrigerate 2 hours.
