Marinated Pork Salad

  • 1 Lb boneless pork tenderloin chops , cut into .25 in. slices
  • 4 Tbsp italian dressing
  • 3 Fl Oz mayonnaise
  • 3 tsp lemon juice
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • tsp hot pepper sauce
  • 1 1/2 Cup Romaine lettuce , washed and torn
  • 3/4 Cup croutons
  • 2 Tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
Place pork in a non-metal bowl. Pour dressing over and marinate at least 1 hour, turning once or twice. Combine next 4 ingredients in a bowl. Broil or saut'e pork 3-5 minutes per side, or until cooked through. Cut into .5 inch strips. Combine pork, romaine, croutons, cheese and pepper to taste in a bowl. Serve topped with a spoonful of dressing.
