Simple Pasta Seafood Salad

  • 1/4 Lb shell macaroni
  • 1 1/4 Cup broccoli florets
  • 1/2 Lb imitation scallop , or imitation crab
  • 3/4 red bell peppers , seeded and chopped
  • 1/4 Cup celery , chopped
  • 1 1/4 Tbsp scallions , chopped
  • 1 1/4 tsp prepared mustard
  • 1/4 tsp dill weed
  • 5 1/4 Fl Oz italian dressing
Cook macaroni shells in a large pot of boiling water 5 minutes. Add broccoli and cook another 4 minutes, or until pasta is al dente. Drain. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Cover and chill. Stir before serving.
