Rusty's Tuna Sandwich

  • 1/2 Lb canned water-packed albacore tuna
  • 4 Tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp sweet relish
  • 6 slice bread , toasted, if desired
  • 3 lettuce leaves
Combine tuna, mayonnaise, and relish in a small bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix thoroughly, stirring in 1 normal tsp of the relish juice for added tartness, if desired. Divide mixture between half the bread slices. Top with lettuce leaf and remaining slice of bread.
