Chili Dogs

  • 1/2 Lb lean ground beef
  • 1 medium onions , chopped
  • 1 clove garlics , crushed
  • 1 can (15 oz) kidney beans
  • 1 NULL can (8 oz) tomato sauce
  • 1 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • 1 Lb beef frankfurter
  • 6 hot dog buns , warm
Heat a heavy nonstick skillet over medium high heat. Cook ground beef 4-5 minutes, stirring frequently, until browned. Stir in onion and garlic and cook another 4 minutes, or until onion is tender. Add next 3 ingredients and simmer 15 minutes. Cook franks 2-3 minutes in a pan of simmering water until hot. Drain. Place franks in buns and top with sauce.
