Croissant Sausage Sandwiches

  • 2 croissants , sliced in half lengthwise
  • 2 Tbsp prepared mustard
  • 1/2 Lb smoked sausage , sliced lengthwise, Polish
  • 2 Oz Gouda cheese , sliced
Spread mustard over one cut side of croissant. Divide sausage and cheese equally between croissant halves. Top with remaining half and serve.
