Lower Fat Broccoli and Zucchini Salad

  • 3/4 Lb broccoli florets
  • 3/4 Lb zucchini , cut into .25 in. thick slices
  • 1 red bell peppers , seeded and cut into .25 in. strips
  • 2 3/4 Fl Oz fat-free Ranch dressing
Place broccoli in a steamer basket over boiling water. Cover saucepan and steam 3 minutes or until bright green. Transfer broccoli to a bowl. Stir in zucchini and bell pepper and toss. Pour dressing over vegetables and toss.
