Peanut Butter Strawberry Shake

  • 1 bananas , cut into pieces
  • 2 Cup strawberries , hulled and halved
  • 1 Cup skim milk
  • 6 Fl Oz plain low fat yogurt
  • 4 Tbsp peanut butter , creamy
Place banana pieces on a plate and freeze 40-50 minutes or until firm. Combine strawberries and banana in a blender or food processor and process until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and process until smooth.
