Tea with Cream

  • 1 1/2 Quart cold water
  • 1/4 Cup loose black tea
  • 4 Fl Oz heavy cream
  • 1 1/4 Tbsp sugar , to taste
Bring water to a gentle boil in a teapot or saucepan over high heat. Remove from heat and add tea. Let steep 5 minutes. If tea is too strong add more boiling water. Serve immediately with cream and sugar to taste.
