Curried Waldorf Salad

  • 3/4 Cup celery , sliced
  • 1/4 Cup raisins
  • 3 tsp walnuts , chopped
  • 1 1/2 tsp curry powder
  • 7/8 pinch pepper , to taste
  • 2 3/4 Fl Oz lowfat vanilla yogurt
Combine first 5 ingredients in a bowl and toss. Combine curry powder with the remaining ingredients. Add to apple mixture, tossing gently to coat.
