Broccoli Salad with Raisins

  • 1 Lb broccoli , chopped
  • 1/4 Lb cherry tomatoes , halved
  • 2 Cup bean sprouts
  • 1 Cup raisins
  • 4 1/4 Fl Oz olive oil
  • 2 3/4 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlics , crushed
Place broccoli in a steamer basket over boiling water. Cover pan and steam 5 minutes, or until bright green and almost tender. Rinse under cold water. Drain and combine with next 3 ingredients in a bowl. Combine remaining ingredients in a jar with a tight-fitting lid. Shake well. Pour over salad and toss.
