Curried Apple Salad

  • 3/4 Cup sliced almonds , toasted
  • 4 celery stalks , chopped
  • 2 apples , chopped
  • 3/4 Cup raisins
  • 1 1/4 Tbsp parsley , chopped
  • 2 3/4 Fl Oz lowfat sour cream , or plain lowfat yogurt
  • 2 3/4 Tbsp light mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp curry powder
  • 2 3/4 Tbsp orange juice
Combine first 4 ingredients in a large bowl. Mix remaining ingredients together and stir into salad.
