Spinach Salad

  • 2 Cup spinach leaves , washed and torn into pieces, tough stems discarded
  • 2 Cup red leaf lettuce , torn into pieces
  • 2 tomatoes , cut into wedges
  • 1 peeled cucumbers , thinly sliced
  • 1 red bell peppers , seeded and thinly sliced
  • 1/4 Lb black olives , thinly sliced
  • 1/4 Lb feta cheese , crumbled
  • 4 Fl Oz fat-free Italian dressing
Combine first 7 ingredients in a salad bowl and toss. Pour dressing over salad just before serving. Season with salt and pepper to taste and toss.
